- Well-trained warehouse staff able to carefully select products and handle them with care when preparing your order.
- Well-trained delivery teams are able to deliver products and maintain their quality level, using temperature-controlled vehicles that ensure optimum conditions for frozen, chilled, and ambient products.
- Products that are packed and delivered separately, based on their temperature requirements, so you can be sure your products are delivered to you just as if you had picked them yourself.
- We have a Minimum Order Value of AED99.
- We provide free delivery if the order value is more than AED99.
- Delivery times are every day between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm.
- You can choose your preferred delivery slot during the checkout process.
- We are committed to delivering your orders on time, except in the case of emergencies that include but are not limited to, bad weather, traffic jams, accidents, or technical problems. We will contact you if we have any problems delivering your order to you on time.

Payment Options:
We currently accept the following payment methods:
1. "Cash On Delivery"- cash payment when the order is delivered to you.
2. "Credit Card"- credit card payment when you order, we will only charge you when your accepted by us.
3. "Credit Card on Delivery"- credit card payment via our mobile terminal when the order is delivered to you.

We currently deliver to AJMAN City only.
